I ship through Australia Post within 3 business days of payment being cleared for items already in stock.
For custom orders the timeframe is between 2-6 weeks, and is specified in the item listings.
All packages include a tracking number option for safer shipping.
Please be aware that international orders may get temporarily held up in Cus. Your own country's cus service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when, if or how much they might be.
For information you should contact your local cus agency. You as a buyer are responsible for any cus fees that may be required by your country in order for you to accept your item.
I pack my items carefully and do my best to ensure they arrive at their destination safe and whole. I use recycled packaging when possible to reduce costs and environmental waste, and pack in sturdy packaging and use double boxing.
**If an item is damaged in transit - extremely rare!-I will replace it - as I take responsibility for suitably protective packaging - please send a photo showing damage first.
