Since we are printing onto mediums other than paper, variations may occur during printing. The color outcome of your printed product may differ slightly from the image on your screen due to the differences in monitor colors.
Please note that the gold colors used in our designs are printed ink color only and none of our products are embossed in gold foil. The gold elements you see are gold color gradients with digital textures added. Gold gradients on mugs are a yellow gold- fading from a darker gold to a lighter yellow to mimic the way gold foil reacts to light.
If you believe your item has been printed incorrectly, please send a photo of your product to the shop owner asap to check if the printing calibration is correct. If the item is found to be misprinted, a replacement will be sent.

Damaged Items and Device Damage
If your item arrives with structural damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. Items that are damaged from use over time are not eligible for a replacement or a refund. All issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Our device cases are meant to help protect the back and sides of your device. Our cases are intended to decorate your device and help protect from minor accidents. Our cases will not completely prevent damage to your device or phone. Damage to your device occurring when using one of our cases is not the responsibility of Huntleigh.
Please do not sleep, exercise, or bathe in your jewelry to reduce the possibility of damage and wear. Huntleigh is not responsible for wear, tarnishing, or damage after your product arrives.
Our jewelry contains small parts and is not suitable for children.
Gemstones and materials are identified to the best of our knowledge.
If your jewelry breaks over time, it can usually be repaired at your local jeweler.
If a charm becomes separated from your jewelry, it can usually be repaired with pliers- simply twist open the jump ring with the pliers and close around the chain.
at this time we do not accept returns on any of our products. Most items are made to order. Returns hurt small businesses and not accepting returns helps our shop be able to offer so many different designs. Please be aware of our return policy upon purchase. No returns on customized items.
In the event that your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not as described, please contact the shop with a photo. Damaged or misprinted items may be eligible for a replacement.
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please message the shop before writing a negative review. We are happy to discuss your purchase and decide if your product is eligible for a replacement due to a shop mistake, damage upon arrival, or a misprinted design.
Rush Service is rush processing only and not rush shipping. at this time rush shipping is not available. Rush Service moves your order to the top of the list of open orders, where it will be processed first. No refunds on Rush Service. Please message the shop owner prior to purchasing if you need your item(s) by a certain date to confirm if delivery by your deadline is possible. Failure to ask questions in any case is not cause for refund.
